it's basically exactly like healing in vanilla, but except instead of having to choose what level of downranked heal (I used to have 3 levels of Greater Heal bound), they've given out a default downrank.

they should make healing really fun by adding a chance to miss. for too long have healers been the only players to miss out on the joy of gearing for hit.
